Mental Health Advice for Students

Our commitment to our students:

• We will support all students to understand and express their feelings, build confidence and develop their emotional resilience. In doing so, our students will be better equipped to face life’s challenges, build positive relationships and reach their academic potential.

• To raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health, so that we are all able to recognise when we might require support.
