Mental health awareness week is the 14th -20th of May. This years theme is stress. To support this Trinity will be running various workshops throughout the week for all Trinity students. This will not only helpthose undertaking exams soon but will assist others in dealing with there day to day challenges. In addition to this, Trinity willprovide information, advice and guidance via the web site for all those affected by stress.
